Assistant Account Executive


MIR Is seeking candidates for the following position in Balikpapan Branch Office

Responsibilities:

Manage and review clients’ insurance products and policies: Ensure that clients' insurance coverage aligns with their needs and is up to date.
Handle client concerns and queries: Address any questions or issues clients may have regarding their insurance.
Interact and coordinate with insurance underwriters: Collaborate with underwriters to ensure proper risk assessment and policy issuance.
Prepare billing and invoicing: Manage the financial aspects related to client policies, including creating invoices.
Prepare renewal activities: Assist with the preparation and follow-up on policy renewals for clients.


Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree is accepted
Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of general work experience in insurance industry. Experience in General Insurance or Insurance Brokers, is preferred (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
Insurance Knowledge: Understanding of insurance products. Prior experience in roles such as Underwriter, Marketing, or Account Officer in the insurance field is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: Comfortable interacting with clients and underwriters. Good analytical skills, detail-oriented, quick learner, and proactive. Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
