MIR Is seeking candidates for the following position in Jakarta Office
Responsibilities:
- Manage and review clients’ insurance products and policies: Ensure that clients' insurance coverage aligns with their needs and is up to date.
- Handle client concerns and queries: Address any questions or issues clients may have regarding their insurance.
- Interact and coordinate with insurance underwriters: Collaborate with underwriters to ensure proper risk assessment and policy issuance.
- Prepare billing and invoicing: Manage the financial aspects related to client policies, including creating invoices.
- Prepare renewal activities: Assist with the preparation and follow-up on policy renewals for clients.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree is accepted
- Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 year of general work experience in insurance industry.
- Experience in General Insurance or Insurance Brokerage, especially in Health Insurance, is preferred.
- Insurance Knowledge:
- Understanding of insurance products, particularly Health Insurance.
- Prior experience in roles such as Underwriter, Marketing, or Account Officer in the insurance field is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Language Skills:
- Proficient in both English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: Comfortable interacting with clients and underwriters.
- Good analytical skills, detail-oriented, quick learner, and proactive.
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
